2. Products

We make every effort to describe our products accurately.

Because our products may be agricultural or artisanal, natural variations in colour, appearance, flavour, or packaging may occur between batches. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect.

Product information, ingredients, origin, quantity, and storage instructions are provided on the website and/or product packaging, as applicable.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website.

Shipping charges and any additional costs known to us will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at radiceitalianfoods@gmail.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

8. Returns

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

9. Storage and Use

Customers should follow the storage and usage instructions provided with each product.

Olive oil should be stored appropriately and protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Radice cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by inappropriate storage or handling after delivery.

All Radice website content, including our branding, text, photographs, and graphics, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

It may not be reproduced or commercially used without our prior permission.
