Our Story Begins
Every Great Meal
Begins with a Story.
Radice was born from a simple belief: authentic food should come with complete transparency, real people behind it, and a story worth sharing.
What Radice Means
The Meaning Behind Radice
Radice (rah-dee-cheh). Italian for "Root."
Roots tell us where we come from. They nourish everything that grows above them. They connect generations.
For us, Radice represents far more than a name. It reflects our family, our traditions, our land, and the producers who dedicate their lives to preserving authentic Italian food.
Every product we select begins at its roots, with the producer, the place, and the passion behind it.
Because authenticity always starts at the source.
Meet Radice
"I created the brand I couldn't find."
For more than twenty years, I lived abroad, building a career as an engineer. Yet no matter where life took me, I found myself searching for something deeply familiar: the taste of home.
Growing up in Southern Italy, food was never simply something we ate. It was how our family gathered. How traditions were passed from one generation to the next. How love was shared around the table.
But living outside Italy, I discovered how difficult it had become to find products that genuinely reflected those values. Store shelves were filled with beautiful packaging and bold marketing claims, yet very little told me who produced the food, where it truly came from, or whether I could trust what I was bringing into my home.
That uncertainty became the beginning of Radice.
I wanted to create a place where people could choose authentic Italian food with complete confidence, because someone had already done the work of knowing the producer, understanding the process, and ensuring every product met the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Today, Radice is my way of sharing not only exceptional food, but also the people, traditions, and stories that have shaped my life.

The Annual Harvest
A Family Tradition That Never Left
Some traditions don't need changing. Every autumn, my family still gathers for the olive harvest.
The mornings begin before sunrise. Hands become tired. The days are long.
Yet these weekends remain among the most meaningful moments of the year. My mother prepares breakfast, coffee, and lunch for everyone working in the grove, a tradition that has remained unchanged for generations.
Between the rows of olive trees, stories are shared. Children learn from grandparents. Friends become family.
And every harvest reminds us that exceptional food is never created by machines alone. It is created by people who care deeply about what they leave behind.
Those moments taught me that great food isn't only about flavour. It's about belonging.
Passed Down, Not Left Behind
Commitment to Authenticity Through the Generations
Olive oil has always been part of my family's story. Growing up in Southern Italy, the olive harvest wasn't simply a season, it was a family tradition. And even today, every November, my family comes together to harvest the olives, just as we have done for generations.
The weather is often cold, hands get tired, and the days are long. But those weekends are filled with laughter, conversations, and the joy of working together.
My mum prepares breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch for everyone. The menu never changes, it has been the same every year for as long as I can remember. It's a tradition we wouldn't dream of changing because those simple meals have become part of the harvest itself.
Those moments around the table are just as important as the olives we collect. They remind us that great food is about more than taste, it's about family, sharing, and preserving traditions that connect generations.
Today, my brother continues this heritage through our local olive mill, carrying forward the knowledge, craftsmanship, and respect for the land that have defined our family for decades.
Every harvest is approached with patience. Every bottle reflects generations of experience. And every decision is guided by the same principle:
Never compromise on quality.
Tradition isn't something we preserve because it's old. We preserve it because it works.
Bring home food you can truly trust.
Authentic Italian ingredients. Real producers. Complete transparency. From our harvest to your home.
